A wonderful portrait, Mitch! I can sense a story in every line in that face! #1298312Nikki McDonald August 14, 2010
I did love that purple cap but he's wonderful in black and white, Mitch. I think the stories Monnie speaks of are suggested even more clearly here than in the color version. His eyes go right into me. Good luck this time. #8834448Marty Straub August 16, 2010
Amazing lines and detail, Mitch. He surely looks like someone I'd like to spend a lot of time listening to. There are so many stories in that face, and you've captured them all so well. The b&w keeps the viewers focus on the jagged lines of time in your friend's face and the zigging lines of his appropriate hat. #8839571Rolando Rosito August 16, 2010
Wonderful portrait Mitch, beautiful in b&w. #8841444Mary Beth Aiello August 17, 2010

Dear Photo Friend: I feel that something has changed at Better Photo but cannot tell you just what has happened. I have been here since 2003 and most every month I have written to all the winners telling them how their work touches me. I have witnessed photographs that bring tears to my eyes and colors that are unbelievable, now I am worried that like all good things that it will not be here the next time I look.
But the feeling of not being able to congratulate all the winners for the hard work, and sharing their talent with all of us makes me so sad.
However it turns out and even if this is the last time I have this privilege, to let you know how exceptional your work has been, please know that I will never forget.
CONGRATULATIONS to all of you for the month of February, 2013, I send my very best to you always, Merna Nobile
